As a Weekend Intern, you will work closely with our operations managers to ensure seamless service delivery during high-volume periods. You will develop critical skills in team collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service while enjoying the flexibility of weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in preparing shipping documents accurately.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Analyze operational data and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Learn and adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college (incoming Freshman to Senior).
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with flexibility for shift rotations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
