Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily execution of weekend store operations and logistics.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shoppers.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays.
- Track daily sales performance and report findings to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, Retail Management, or related field).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
