Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick & Pack: Fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inventory Management: Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or recently graduated.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proof of reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
