Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute weekend operational workflows to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution for weekend clients.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and preparing weekly reports for the management team.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to identify process improvements during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited institution.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
