Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of weekend warehouse operations and inventory tracking.
- Reconcile stock discrepancies and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekend supervisor to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external partners during peak weekend hours.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and prepare weekly reports.
- Support the setup and breakdown of weekend logistics events or dock operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Junior or Senior status preferred) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
