Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-integrated AI, spatial computing)
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and market projections
- Lead prototyping of breakthrough solutions in our Innovation Incubator
- Partner with C-suite to align technical vision with business objectives
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Mentor senior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record delivering systems with 10+ year operational lifespans
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or distributed ledger tech
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Experience scaling teams for exponential technology growth phases
- Deep understanding of 2026 regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
