Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions with engineering and product teams
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate future-readiness
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
