In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical execution, guiding our engineering teams through the complex landscape of next-generation technologies including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology vision and roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technology trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to prioritize technology investments and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ensure all stakeholders understand the strategic direction for the upcoming years.
- Oversee the lifecycle of technology initiatives, from ideation and pilot programs to full-scale production rollouts.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of technology initiatives and the progress toward the 2026 goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
