Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the logistics center, including order processing and inventory tracking.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records using company software.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Support warehouse organization and safety compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (College students preferred).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis location.
