As a Summer Intern, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 operations, ensuring seamless workflows and supporting our technical infrastructure during critical off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and logging daily operational data and system metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure all inventory documentation and digital records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to internal support tickets and customer inquiries during the night shift.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on assigned tasks to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and compliance.
- Learn and utilize industry-standard software and tools under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) 3-4 days a week.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills with a focus on technology.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote or office setting.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
