Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and data entry tasks during the night shift.
- Assist in the processing and verification of daily operational reports and logs.
- Provide high-quality customer support to clients via phone and email during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of information and tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school or undergraduate degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
