Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize warehouse inventory systems during night shift operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and documentation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Participate in safety compliance audits and equipment inspections
- Support inbound/outbound logistics coordination for regional distribution
- Generate daily performance reports for shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 4-5 night shifts weekly (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
