Apex Dynamics Inc. is looking for a Summer/Fall Intern to join our team for our Weekend Shift operations. As an Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless weekend execution, supporting key business functions that drive our success in the Portland market.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily weekend operational tasks and workflow management.
- Support customer service inquiries and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records for the weekend team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for upcoming weekend events.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Provide administrative support to department heads during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or recent graduate (Summer/Fall start eligible).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland office.
