Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory management systems and optimize warehouse workflows during night operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment processing
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory levels and generate performance reports
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards in a fast-paced environment
- Support cycle count processes and reconciliation activities
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Document operational procedures and contribute to process documentation updates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program (preferred majors: Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a night shift environment
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software or willingness to learn WMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to night shift location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
