Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize night shift logistics operations using WMS software
- Analyze performance metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for inventory management
- Document operational procedures and compliance protocols
- Support implementation of new automation technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in safety audits and process reviews
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations preferred
- Valid driver's license required
