Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and suggest process improvements to the logistics team.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Support the procurement team with vendor communication and order processing.
- Prepare necessary documentation for customs and freight forwarding when applicable.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn specialized software.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
