Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Deep understanding of neural-symbolic AI architectures
- Proven track record designing ethical AI frameworks
- Certification in quantum computing or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with carbon-negative system design methodologies
- Strong background in decentralized identity protocols (DID, Verifiable Credentials)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D initiatives through to production
