- Partner with product teams to embed futuristic thinking into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published author or recognized voice in futurism/innovation circles
