- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation portfolios
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning documents for C-suite decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using KPIs like adoption rates and market disruption potential
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex insights into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and influencing C-level strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation roadmap implementations
