  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the full candidate lifecycle in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every applicant.
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure our hiring managers never miss a deadline.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Event Participation: Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local career fairs and networking events to build brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred; however, students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
