What you will do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify top-tier talent pools.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions and company profiles across major job boards.
- Utilize SEO best practices to improve the visibility of our internship listings and career pages.
- Support the recruitment team with candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the ATS.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop engaging content for social media and newsletters.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports on sourcing activities.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts, keywords, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer session.
