Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to understand salary trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting new openings.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of recruitment terminology and processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available for a full-time or part-time schedule.
