Responsibilities
- Assist the technical recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Participate in campus recruiting events and networking activities in the Oklahoma City area.
- Support the HR department with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree program in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Availability to start immediately for the Summer or Fall semester.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
