Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes of potential candidates to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews with applicants.
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and job fairs to represent the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude.
