Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) to build talent pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate briefs.
- Conduct outreach via email and phone to engage passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time hours (typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday).
- Basic understanding of recruitment terminology and processes is a plus.
