Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates for technical positions.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor job postings.
- Support the SEO specialist in optimizing job descriptions and company website content for search engines.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide administrative support for hiring managers.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) with a focus on Marketing, Business, or Information Technology.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Technical Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week.
