This role is perfect for students who want to earn money on weekends while building a resume in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will work directly with our recruiting team to optimize our online presence and assist with candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities
- Conduct SEO research and keyword analysis to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for weekend interview slots.
- Update candidate databases and track application statuses.
- Monitor website performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support the weekend team during on-site recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interest in Recruiting, HR, or Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO or willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
