Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate fit for open Technical and Sales positions.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).
- Write compelling job descriptions and company outreach messages.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and networking activities in the Louisville area.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, is a plus.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
