Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely freight delivery.
- Maintain accurate digital records and logs using our logistics management software.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and tracking details.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
