Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily inventory auditing and stock reconciliation processes.
- Monitor and maintain safety compliance standards throughout the night shift.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Collaborate with the night shift supervisor to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Generate daily reports on stock levels and operational metrics.
- Support the loading and unloading of freight trucks ensuring accuracy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) during the summer.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License required for on-site transport if applicable.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
