Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and sorting of freight and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the work area and report potential hazards immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse management software and data entry systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipping and receiving of packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, trade school, or pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be available to work full-time hours during the summer months (May - August).
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required for all positions.
