Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment.
- Monitor and update digital logs and tracking systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting the facility during weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support the setup and breakdown of weekend shifts and events.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
