Responsibilities

- Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for internal clients, answering inquiries and coordinating workflow schedules efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks on shipping materials and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff to identify process improvements and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to assigned shifts and manage time effectively to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or recently graduated with a High School Diploma/GED.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation required to navigate the Jacksonville area.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and strong attention to detail.
