Responsibilities
- Assist in Night Operations: Support the logistics team in processing inbound and outbound shipments during the night shift.
- Data Management: Maintain and update inventory databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of stock records.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing cargo to verify compliance with safety standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily shift reports and highlight any operational discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Documentation: Process necessary paperwork and digital logs for all shipments handled during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Undergraduate or Graduate).
- Major: Majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
