Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory logs and track stock levels in real-time.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet Apex Logistics standards.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to resolve any discrepancies or urgent operational issues.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Complete daily shift reports, safety audits, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Current high school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a related college program (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business).
- Must be available to work a fixed night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly without assistance.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for warehouse roles).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
