Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during evening hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records with a focus on precision and confidentiality.
- Assist the night team with troubleshooting basic technical issues and routing complex tickets to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow during overnight operations.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on customer interactions and documentation.
- Update internal systems with new information and assist in the organization of physical files.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School Diploma/GED accepted if currently seeking further education).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus.
