Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Assist in the screening and scheduling of candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
- Optimize job descriptions and company content for search engines to improve organic visibility and applicant flow.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data and status updates.
- Support the recruitment team in organizing campus events and career fairs.
- Monitor social media channels and professional networks to promote our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (June - August).
