We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter & SEO Intern to join our growing team in San Francisco, California. This is a part-time position designed for college students looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Digital Marketing. You will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent and optimizing our job postings to improve visibility.

Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates for technical roles.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Optimize job postings using SEO best practices to increase applicant quality and quantity.
- Manage and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment strategies with employer branding.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO concepts (keywords, meta tags, search intent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setting.
