Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards for technical roles.
- Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and culture add.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
- Updating and managing candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Attending recruitment events and networking sessions to build our talent pipeline.
- Assisting with onboarding coordination for new hires.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new software.
