Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for open positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and competitor strategies.
- Optimize job postings and internal content for SEO performance.
- Prepare candidate reports and assist in the onboarding process.
- Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate on sourcing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- MUST be eligible to receive college credit for this position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning.
