Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical positions.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Candidate Communication: Conduct initial phone screens and provide detailed feedback to the recruitment team.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track pipeline progress.
- Market Research: Assist in researching salary benchmarks and market trends to support offer negotiations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Location: Must reside in the Philadelphia, PA area.
