Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI).
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build talent pipelines, engage with candidates via email and phone, and assess cultural fit.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Market Research: Analyze job boards and industry trends to provide insights on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
- Event Support: Assist in representing the company at local Charlotte tech meetups and career fairs.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of CRM systems.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Charlotte, NC.
