Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend recruitment events and job fairs across Virginia Beach
- Screen and schedule interviews for entry-level candidates
- Update applicant tracking systems with weekend shift data
- Develop student-focused career resources and social media content
- Assist with onboarding for weekend program participants
- Analyze internship program metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Collaborate with North Carolina regional offices on cross-state initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Virginia or North Carolina college/university
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays, 8am-4pm)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of HR recruitment practices preferred
- Experience with social media content creation a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
