As an intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and supporting our recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify top talent aligned with our technical requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting creation and candidate outreach.
- Update candidate data and track pipeline progress within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to work independently.
- Access to a computer and high-speed internet.
