Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Document design processes and maintain a cohesive design system
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3-5 design projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week for 3+ months
- Experience with prototyping tools preferred
