Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Conduct market research to identify key talent pools and industry trends relevant to our clients.
- Support the SEO team by researching keywords, optimizing job postings, and writing engaging content for blogs and social media.
- Manage and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with high accuracy.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and assist in the planning of recruitment events.
- Monitor social media channels to engage with potential candidates and promote company culture.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (graduating within 6-12 months preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
