Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to identify top-tier candidates in Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide timely feedback to applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing Summer and Fall projects.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related internship (Summer/Fall interns welcome).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen for coding skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
