Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews for local candidates.
- Conduct market research and SEO analysis to identify potential talent pools and optimize job postings.
- Manage social media channels and content creation to enhance our employer brand presence in Fresno.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist in planning company events and networking sessions.
- Support the HR department with administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work part-time hours during the Summer/Fall season.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
