Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption frameworks for enterprise applications
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 10,000+ qubit capacity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, cryptographers, and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and fault tolerance
- Establish industry standards for quantum-safe communications protocols
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum adoption roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Proficiency with Q#, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization tools
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC)
- Track record of leading quantum computing initiatives from concept to deployment
