Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and broadcast media.
- Develop character rigs, keyframes, and motion graphics assets from storyboard concepts.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and sound engineers to synchronize visuals with audio.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior animators to foster team growth.
- Optimize render times and ensure output files meet strict technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging 2D animation trends and techniques to keep our projects ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating mastery of frame-by-frame animation and digital compositing.
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of principles of animation, timing, and spacing.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts is preferred.
